I think I have finally really truly busted through the plateau that has been plaguing my life. In the past 3 weeks I have lost another 8 pounds. My husband says it if from changing my routing into running..he is probably right and I am geared up for a 5k on the 24th. Anyway I just figured it was time for a new picture.

Oh my gosh, you are a beautiful woman! You have such a pretty face. Amazing job continuing to take weight off and get healthier! I'm so happy for you.
I also wanted to let you know that I won't be going to the Colorburst ride this weekend after all. I'm really bummed not to get to meet you there! We'll have to try to set something up again some time.
